Thank you for shopping with October Oddities! Every item is made to order just for you, which means processing and shipping times are different from traditional retail stores.

Order Processing

All orders are custom-made after they are placed.

Please allow 2–10 business days for production before your order ships. Most orders are completed sooner, but processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Delays

Because our products are fulfilled by a trusted print partner, occasional production or carrier delays may occur. October Oddities is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem by providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.
