At October Oddities, we want you to love your purchase! Because our products are made to order, please review our policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or if you simply change your mind. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Accidental orders
• Minor color variations caused by different screen settings
